What We Do

Important Legal Positioning

LLMASSURE is a Consent Management Platform (CMP). We are NOT a registered "Consent Manager" as defined under Section 6(7)–(9) of the DPDP Act, 2023. A "Consent Manager" must be registered with the Data Protection Board of India (DPBI) and meet specific statutory requirements. We provide technology infrastructure and advisory — compliance responsibility lies with the Data Fiduciary (our clients).
