3. Your Cookie Choices

You have full control over non-essential cookies:

  • Consent Widget: Use our on-page consent widget to accept or reject cookies per purpose. No pre-ticked boxes. Equal prominence for "Reject All" and "Accept All" (Section 6(1)).
  • Withdrawal: Withdraw your cookie consent at any time by clicking "Cookie Settings" in the footer or visiting this page. Withdrawal is as easy as giving consent (Section 6(4)).
  • Browser Settings: You can also block or delete cookies via your browser settings. Note that blocking essential cookies may prevent the platform from functioning.

4. No Pre-Ticked Boxes

In compliance with Section 6(1) of the DPDP Act, we do NOT use pre-ticked consent checkboxes. All non-essential cookies default to OFF until you actively opt in. Silence, inactivity, or pre-ticked boxes do not constitute valid consent.

5. Consent Record

Every cookie consent action is recorded with a tamper-evident SHA-256 hash chain, documenting:

  • What notice text was displayed at the time of consent
  • Which purposes were accepted or rejected
  • Timestamp, IP address, browser, and locale
  • Cryptographic proof linking to the previous consent event
